Oil analysis for used heavy machinery

In connection with an expert opinion for construction machinery or an inspection for a used machine, you can commission us to diagnose the oils used. For this purpose, a small amount of oil is taken during the inspection of the machine. This is sent to a certified laboratory for analysis. The results can be used to determine whether there is any unusual wear or contamination in the systems. The prerequisite is that the period of use of the oil is known. Based on the trace elements in the oil, such as silicon, copper, iron, aluminum or soot, different wear patterns can be identified. The same analysis can also be carried out for coolants if contamination is recognizable
